    Standard & Family Chalets

The thatched roofed chalets are separately located around the main lodge in the shade of an indigenous forest, where the beautiful forest dwelling antelopes the shy Red Duiker and Nyala are often seen browsing.

    • Standard Chalet : Each of the eight standard chalets are built on stilts with thatch roofs and wooden decks. Each room is accessed via a wooden ramp leading onto a covered wooden deck appointed with comfortable chairs and a coffee table. Double glass doors and a glass-fronted apex above the entrance facilitate a well-illuminated environment with views out into the forest.
    • Family Chalet : There are two family chalets specially designed for a family with two small children. These open plan thatched chalets have a double bed arrangement for parents and a dormer set off to one side with two single childrens' beds. There is a drawable curtain to separate the children’s beds from the rest of the room.
    • Honeymoon luxury Chalet : There are two luxuriously appointed honeymoon suites tucked away in a forested ravine just a short walk from the main lodge. These thatched chalets are made with natural materials on an open plan design with a large deck and slide away doors to take advantage of the beautiful forest surrounds.
